Support programs
We have designed our support program to support
a range of customer needs. Some will be virtually self-sufficient. Others
will require a great deal of support, or even administration of their system
on their behalf.
Business hours telephone support
This support program, included at no cost in our
Private Linux server program, lets you call us between the hours of 9am and
5pm, eastern US time, Monday through Friday, US national holidays excepted.
7x24 telephone support
This support program with nominal additional cost lets you call
us at any time. The special 7x24 support telephone number will appear on
your administrative setup screen. Live chat is also available, but normally
only during business hours. 7x24 support is our standard for all Mirrored products,
and is available as an add-on option for our MultiPath product line.
Applications support
All support is ultimately the business of giving
you a "second opinion" to help you understand what to do, and to choose
the best course of action for yourself. Our applications support extends support
beyond the basics of the box to give you access to skilled individuals when
you encounter issues in specific Linux-based applications.
Applications administration
If your Linux skills are limited, or if you just
do not have the time to administer your own box, we can take over some or all
of this burden for you. This service is always custom quoted based upon your
specific needs.
