servers provide only one class of service for these.
We have designed our support program to support
a range of customer needs. Some will be virtually self-sufficient. Others
will require a great deal of support, or even administration of their system
on their behalf.
Accordingly, our basic service includes business
hours telephone support, which covers system use issues. 7x24 support is available
for nominal extra cost, as are many specialized services. If you need either
support for or administration of applications, we will custom quote this,
where we do not have a standard published fee.
