We have designed our support program to support
a range of customer needs. Some will be virtually self-sufficient. Others
will require a great deal of support, or even administration of their system
on their behalf.

This support program, which comes standard with all dedicated
systems, lets you call us at any time.
Applications support
All support is ultimately the business of giving
you a "second opinion" to help you understand what to do, and to choose
the best course of action for yourself. Our applications support extends support
beyond the basics of the box to give you access to skilled individuals when
you encounter issues in specific Linux-based applications.
Applications administration
If your Linux skills are limited, or if you just
do not have the time to administer your own box, we can take over some or all
of this burden for you. This service, unless listed as a specific option, is
always custom-quoted to your requirements.
